QuietNite 6-Month Supply Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is QuietNite (“QuietNite”, “we”, “us”).

2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

Employees of QuietNite, anyone directly involved in administering the prize draw, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry period
The prize draw opens on 25 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on 7 September 2026.

Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

4. How to enter
To enter, participants must complete all of the following during the entry period:

• Follow @quietniteuk on Instagram

• Like the official QuietNite giveaway post

• Tag one friend in the comments of the giveaway post

No purchase is necessary.

Each eligible participant will receive one entry only, regardless of the number of comments or friends tagged.

5. Prize
One winner will receive a six-month supply of QuietNite Nasal Strips, consisting of:

3 × packs of 60 QuietNite Nasal Strips (180 strips in total).

The prize is non-transferable, no cash alternative will be offered and no purchase or payment is required to claim the prize.

6. Winner selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received before the closing time.

The draw will be conducted using a verifiably random selection process.

7. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted by direct message from the official @quietniteuk Instagram account after the draw on 8 September 2026.

QuietNite will never request payment, bank details or card details in order to claim the prize.

The selected winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within that period, QuietNite reserves the right to select another eligible winner at random.

Eligibility and completion of the entry requirements will be verified before the prize is awarded.

8. Delivery
The prize will be delivered free of charge to a valid UK postal address supplied by the winner.

9. Winner information
QuietNite may announce the winner's social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) username or other limited identifying information where permitted by applicable rules.

The winner may object to, or request that the amount of information published about them is reduced. QuietNite may nevertheless be required to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

10. Administration
QuietNite reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

QuietNite will administer the promotion fairly and will not change these Terms & Conditions after the promotion has begun except where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable and where doing so would not unfairly disadvantage participants.

11. Social Media disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.

By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram, Facebook or TikTok has no responsibility for the administration of the promotion or fulfilment of the prize.

12. Personal information
Personal information supplied by the winner will be used only as reasonably necessary to administer the prize draw and deliver the prize, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Acceptance of terms
By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
