HOW IT WORKS
How QuietNite nasal strips work
A closer look at what nasal strips do, how to use them well, and how to build them into a routine that sticks.
01 — THE MECHANISM
What nasal strips do
A nasal strip is worn externally across the bridge of the nose. When it is applied and pressed into place, flexible bands in the strip gently lift the sides of the nose.
02 — GENTLE SUPPORT
How the lift can help
Lifting the sides of the nose can help widen the nasal passages. This may make nasal breathing feel easier for some people, particularly at night when nasal resistance can increase while lying down.
03 — NIGHT-TIME RHYTHM
Why nasal airflow may feel restricted at night
Lying down changes blood flow and pressure in the nasal passages. Combined with tiredness, this can make mouth breathing easier to slip into without noticing.
